Giuseppe Mazziotta (born 2005, Amsterdam) is a rising star in the Dutch hospitality scene and currently serves as the restaurant manager and wine specialist at the acclaimed Italian restaurant A Tavola in Amsterdam. Growing up immersed in the family business, Giuseppe’s passion for Italian cuisine and hospitality was nurtured from a young age, beginning his hands-on experience in the restaurant at just 11 years old.
With an impressive background working in several Michelin-starred restaurants, including MOS*, Bougainville*, and a host-traineeship at the two-star Michelin Spectrum in the Waldorf Astoria, Giuseppe combines professional excellence with youthful enthusiasm. His deep knowledge of wine earned him 4th place in the prestigious 2022 European EAHT Wine Competition, highlighting his expertise as one of the youngest certified wine instructors in the Netherlands.
Giuseppe holds a diploma in social hygiene and is committed to mentoring the next generation of hospitality professionals. At A Tavola, he expertly manages front-of-house operations while elevating the guest experience with carefully curated wine pairings and a modern interpretation of classic Italian dishes.
