Giuseppe Mazziotta (2005, Amsterdam) is one of the youngest teachers in the Netherlands and 4th of the European Wine Competition, he has been active in various star restaurants since the age of 16 and is recognized by Stichting Vakkundigheid HORECA, Koninklijke Horeca Nederland, Het Parool and MissetHoreca as the new “kid on the block”. He tries to motivate the younger generation to come and work in the hospitality industry.
After studying at the culinary vocational school in Amsterdam for 4 years at the age of 11, he has almost finished his studies at the hotel school, where he will later go to the higher hotel school. His passion for wine has turned into his ambition and uses that as a way to interact with the guest.
Together with his father Gerardo Mazziota, they ensure the optimal experience at A Tavola, the dynamic duo are strong together both in the kitchen and in the service.
