Reservation and Cancellation Policy
At A Tavola, we strive to offer every guest an unforgettable dining experience. To ensure fairness and quality of service, the following terms apply:
- Changes and Cancellations
- Reservations can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 7 days before the reserved date.
- For cancellations or changes made after this period (such as a reduction in the number of guests), we reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit, depending on the circumstances.
- If no prepayment has been made and costs apply according to these terms, the applicable amount may be added to the final bill on the evening of the reservation.
- Deposit for Group Reservations
- For group reservations (from 6 guests), a 50% prepayment of the menu amount per person is required.
- The reservation is confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
- If the prepayment is not received or a reservation has been made without a prepayment, A Tavola reserves the right to cancel the reservation, regardless of whether it has been confirmed such as: by phone, email, or through our website.
- No-Show Policy
- In case of a no-show without prior notice, the full deposit will be retained as compensation for the reserved table.
- Arrival Time
- We kindly ask that you arrive on time. If you are delayed by more than 15 minutes without notifying us, we may release the table to other guests.
- Special Menus and Dietary Requirements
- We are happy to accommodate allergies and dietary preferences, provided they are communicated at least 48 hours in advance.
- For special menus or exclusive arrangements, specific deposit or cancellation terms may apply.
- Refunds
- If a cancellation is made within the allowed period, the deposit will be refunded within 5 business days.
- Force Majeure
- A Tavola reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a reservation in the event of force majeure (such as power outages, illness, or government restrictions). In such cases, any deposit will be fully refunded.
